1Account Eligibility & Registration

To use the lakitoto platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period of use.
• Not legally prohibited in your country or region from participating in online entertainment activities.
• Acting as an individual and not as a representative of any company, agent, or third party without written authorisation from lakitoto.
• Providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during the registration and KYC verification process.
• Not holding an existing active lakitoto account — only one account is permitted per individual.

Lakitoto reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any time. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is part of the platform's responsibility to maintain a safe environment for all users. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

2User Account & Responsibilities

Each user is fully responsible for the security of their login credentials. lakitoto will not be liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of login information to third parties.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and must not share it with anyone.
• Any activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility, unless it can be proven to have resulted from negligence on the part of lakitoto.
• You must notify lakitoto immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or used by any other individual under any circumstances.

3Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Lakitoto supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for users in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, local bank transfers, and other digital payment methods listed on the platform.

• All deposits are processed instantly or within a set timeframe depending on the chosen payment method.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set for each payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified under the platform's applicable policies at the time.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method registered under the same user's name.
• Lakitoto reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Funds in accounts that have been inactive beyond the specified period may be subject to administrative charges in accordance with the current policy.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Lakitoto offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the respective promotion terms.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user who meets the eligibility requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any wins derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

• The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorized method to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

6Prohibited User Conduct

8Account Suspension & Closure

Lakitoto reserves the right to suspend or close a user account under the following circumstances without prior notice:

• Violation of any terms in this document or applicable platform policies.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from legitimate relevant authorities in accordance with the law.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period are subject to our current inactivity policy.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the lakitoto support team. Any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the required verification process, subject to applicable bonus and promotion terms.

9lakitoto Liability Limits

Lakitoto provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or technical errors. However, we are committed to resolving any technical issues promptly.

• Lakitoto is not liable for any gaming losses arising from legitimate and fair game outcomes.
• We are not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Lakitoto's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total net deposits made within the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Lakitoto is not liable for any losses arising from the failure of third-party services such as payment providers or internet connectivity.

10Terms Amendments & Applicable Law

Lakitoto reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless otherwise stated.

• Users will be notified of significant amendments via their registered email or in-platform notifications.
• Continued use of the platform after an amendment is published constitutes the user's acceptance of the new terms.
